摘 要:本文对重型车用柴油机欧Ⅵ排放法规R49.06污染物测试方法、OBD验证要求、耐久性试验方法、仪器设备要求等多个方面进行了介绍,并在某柴油机上通过试验分别对ESC循环和WHSC循环以及WHTC循环和ETC循环进行了对比。通过对比发现,WHSC循环大部分工况点位于中低转速中低负荷下,怠速工况与25%负荷工况占整个WHSC循环的67%;相比ETC循环,WHTC循环更偏重于低速、低负荷工况,造成循环前1200秒排气温度相对ETC循环较低,在WHTC循环前400秒排气温度未超过303℃。对于OBD系统,欧Ⅵ法规将故障分为A、B1、B2、C四类,增加了OBD实际监测频率(IUPR)要求。欧Ⅵ法规对于污染物控制装置耐久性提高了里程要求。This paper introducts the diesel engine emissions regulations of Europe Ⅵ(R49.06) for heavy-duty vehicle, including pollutant testing methods, OBD verification requirements, durability testing methods, equipment requirementsandetc. The paper compared the ESC and WHSC, ETC and WHTC by diesel engine testing. By comparison, most of the operating points of WHSC is located in the low speed and low load areas.The time of points at idle condition and 25% load conditions accounted for 67% of the whole WHSC cycle time; Compared to the ETC, WHTC focus more on low-speed, low load conditions, resulting that the exhaust gas temperature of WHTC is lower than ETC in the first 1,200 seconds of the cycle.Theexhaust temperature of the engine doesn't exceed 303 ℃in the first 400 seconds of WHTC cycle. For OBD system, the malfunction are classified to four categories(A, B1, B2, C) in the EU legislation, and OBD monitoring frequency(IUPR) requirements added. Europe Ⅵ regulations increases the mileage requirements for durability of pollution control device.
