摘　　要：目的:了解注射用抗菌药物说明书中关于儿童用药的具体情况。方法:对我院住院西药房的50份注射用抗菌药物说明书中有关儿童用药的具体情况进行调查和分析。结果:存在以下问题:剂量标注与儿童用药项的说明相互矛盾、儿童给药剂量不合理、缺乏儿童用药的药代动力学和有关疗程的研究数据、国产药品说明书中关于儿童滴注速度的标注率远低于进口药品。结论:加强儿童用药的临床实验研究,规范和完善说明书中儿童用药的具体内容。Objective：To know the concrete situation of pediatric drugs in instructions of antibiotics injections.Methods：In instructions of 50 antibiotics injections in our pharmacy of inpatient department,to investigation and analysis of pediatric drugs in these instructions.Results：There are some problems with these instructions.It is contradictory between marking dosage and pediatric drugs,unreasonable on marked dosage of children＇s,deficient about the research data of children＇s pharmacokinetics and course,lower at marked rate of children＇s dripping speed in these domestic instructions.Conclusion：To strengthen on the clinical study of pediatric drugs,to standardize and perfect concrete content in instructions of antibiotics injections for children＇s dosage.
