摘 要:【目的】为了筛选对稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medinalis成虫有生物活性的植物挥发物,为开发植物引诱剂诱集稻纵卷叶螟提供依据。【方法】采用触角电位技术(Electroantennogram,EAG)测定了稻纵卷叶螟雌雄蛾对来自禾本科植物的43种挥发物的触角电位反应。【结果】稻纵卷叶螟雌、雄蛾对50 000μL/L反-2-己烯醛的EAG反应分别较对照高16.6倍、10.9倍。稻纵卷叶螟雄蛾对50 000μL/L正戊醛的EAG反应值为(7.347±1.582)m V,是对照的2.6倍;对5 000μL/L和50 000μL/L苯甲醛的EAG反应分别较对照高2.0倍、2.4倍;对50μL/L、500μL/L水杨酸甲酯的EAG反应较对照分别提高了65.2%、72.1%。【结论】反-2-己烯醛、正戊醛、苯甲醛、水杨酸甲酯对稻纵卷叶螟具有EAG活性,可能为稻纵卷叶螟植物源引诱剂的主要成分。[Objectives] To identify plant volatiles that elicit an electroantennogram(EAG) response in Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in order to develop effective attractants for this pest. [Methods] The olfactory sensitivity of C. medinalis to 43 graminaceous plant volatiles was tested using the EAG technique. [Results] EAG responses of female and male C. medinalis to 50 000 μL/L(E)-2-Hexenal were 16.6 and 10.9 fold higher, respectively, than their responses to the control substance. The magnitude of the EAG response of males to 5 000 μL/L valeraldehyde was(7.347±1.582) m V, which was 2.6 times that of their response to the control. The EAG responses of males to 5 000 μL/L and 50 000 μL/L benzaldehyde were 2.0 and 2.4 times higher, respectively, than their response to the control. 50 μL/L and 500 μL/L methyl salicylate elicited EAG responses in males that were 65.2% and 72.1% higher, respectively, than those to the control. [Conclusion] Four of the 43 graminaceous plant volatiles tested,(E)-2-Hexenal, valeraldehyde, benzaldehyde and methyl salicylate, elicited strong EAG responses in C. medinalis, and may therefore be useful as botanic attractants for this pest.
