摘　　要：中国光伏产业在遭遇严重的贸易摩擦之后开始探索对外投资的发展模式,但与快速发展的其他产业对外直接投资相比,光伏产业对外直接投资在区域和产业链分布上还存在很多问题。本文采用SWOT方法,在对中国光伏产业对外直接投资的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁分析的基础上,提出了光伏产业对外直接投资的发展战略。After suffering serious trade frictions, the Chinese photovohaic industry begins to explore the development mode of foreign investment. Compared with other fast - developed foreign direct investment （FDI） industries, there are still many problems existed in the investment region and industry chain distribution of the photovoltaic industry. In this paper, we use the SWOT method to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analyses of FDI in the photovohaic industry, and propose the development strategy of FDI in the photovohaic industry, which provides a useful guidance for further promoting FDI in the photovoltaic industry.
