DSA辅助超声引导下PICC导管置入的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究探讨DSA辅助超声引导下PICC导管置入的临床应用价值。方法选取本院2015年1月—2015年10月间收治的需行PICC导管置入处理的患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,每组35例。对照组患者采用单纯的超声引导下PICC导管置入;观察组患者则采用DSA辅助超声引导下PICC导管置入。分别比较2组患者的一次导管置入成功率。结果观察组患者和对照组患者的PICC导管一次置管成功率分别为94.3%和60.0%,满意度分别为97.5%和85%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于临床实施PICC置管的患者,如其在不适合盲穿,又无法通过单纯超声引导置管获得理想效果的情况下,在DSA监视下辅助超声引导PICC导管置入既保证了穿刺成功率,又保证了一次置管成功率,从而减少并发症的发生,延长导管使用寿命,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of PICC guided by DSA assisted ultrasound.Methods A total of 70 patients who received PICC catheter placement during February and August 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（n=35）received ultrasound guided PICC catheter placement.The observation group（n=35）received DSA assisted PICC catheter placement.The success rate of catheter placement in the 2groups were compared.Results The success rate of PICC in the observation group and control group was 97.5%and 85%,respectively.The rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion If patients are not suitable for blind puncture,DSA assisted PICC catheter placement can effectively improve the success rate,reduce complications,and extend the service life of catheter.
