摘　　要：中国是实行社会主义市场经济的发展中大国。改革开放以来,中国特色的经济发展和社会进步取得了举世瞩目的成就,创造了世界历史上的奇迹。中国共产党十八届五中全会提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,在深刻总结人类经济发展特别是中国经济发展的经验教训和充分借鉴以往发展经济学研究发展中国家经济发展问题所得到的有益成果的基础上,科学地回答了中国特色经济发展什么、如何发展和为谁发展的问题,指明了一条更加高效、更加协调、更加持续、更加开放、更加公平的发展道路,极大地丰富了马克思主义政治经济学的内涵,为构建具有中国特色的发展经济学奠定了坚实的基础。China is a big developing country implementing socialist market economy.Since the reform and opening-up,China has made world-acknowledged achievements in the economic development and social progress with Chi-nese characteristics,created a miracle in world history.The new development ideas of innovation,coordination,green development,opening up and people-sharing,put forward in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Com-munist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee,tend to solve scientifically the problems of what to develop,how to develop and for whom to develop in the process of Chinese development,on the basis of profoundly summing up the historical experience of mankind economic development and China 's economic development particularly,and learning from the beneficial results gotten by present development economics in studying the problems of developing countries.The five development ideas show clearly a development road of more efficiency,more coordinate,more sustainable,more openness and more fairness,enriching greatly the contents of Marx-ist political economics and laying the solid foundation for building the development economics with Chinese characteristics.
