摘 要:油管的生产封隔器是油田采油工艺中重要的井下工具之一,广泛地应用于注水、采油、压裂及酸化等工艺措施之中。然而近几年,油管的封隔器失效事故频发,为了了解其失效的原因,利用ANSYS/Fluent软件对生产封隔器腐蚀穿孔情况进行建模仿真分析,由仿真结果可知,封隔器管壁旋合处无错扣时油管壁和封隔器管壁均没有产生冲蚀现象,然而在旋合处错扣现象发生时,偏低和偏高的两端均出现了回流现象,封隔器受到反复冲蚀,以至于造成腐蚀穿孔失效。这与实际生产情况一致。该方法为油管的封隔器失效机理诊断提供了有效的途径。The tubing packer is one of the most important tools for underground operation in oil fields,and is widely used in the processes of water flooding,oil extraction,fracturing and acidification. In recent years,however,packer failures have happened frequently. In order to understand the causes of packer failure,we simulated the corrosion and perforation of the packer using ANSYS / Fluent. The results showed that,there was no corrosion or perforation in the wall of the tubing or the packer without cross threading. However,when cross threading happened,backflow appeared at both the lower and higher ends of the tubing,and the packer underwent repeated erosion,which eventually led to packer failure. The simulation results were in line with the actual situation. Our method has provided an effective way to diagnose the mechanism of the packer failure.
