摘  要:园子沟煤矿主立井净直径8.2 m,井深596.49 m,采用冻结法施工,冻结深度359.26m。井筒冻结段套内壁采用液压滑模,施工速度快,劳动强度低,井壁质量高、成型好、隔水性强,满足了设计要求。通过相关数据分析,得到了适合本工程的滑模参数。阐述了滑模井下组装与施工工艺,提出了关键技术措施,指出了改进方向。A net diameter of the mine main shaft in Yuanzigou Mine was 8.2 mand the mine shaft depth was 596.49 m.The mine shaft was constructed with the ground freezing method and the mine shaft freezing depth was 359.26 m.The mine shaft inner liner at the freezing section was constructed with the hydraulic slipform with a fast construction speed,low labor intensity,high shaft liner quality,good forming and high water isolation.The design requirements were met.With the analysis on the related data,the slipform parameters suitable to the project were obtained.The paper stated the assembling and construction technology of the slipform in the mine shaft,the key technical measures were provided and the improving direction of the construction was pointed out.
