摘  要:自媒体给高校共青团工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。"微团建"是指在自媒体环境下,运用博客、微博、微信、论坛/BBS、APP及手机报等互联网新技术和新模式,以图、文、声、像等形式开展自主性、交互式、立体化的线上线下深度融合的共青团工作。高校应从树立互联网思维,提高对"微团建"的作用认识;树立立体矩阵思路,搭建"微团建"工作平台;树立与时俱进的理念,提升团员青年的媒体素养;树立以青年为本的思想,加强"微团建"工作队伍建设;树立问题意识,加强对"微团建"工作的监管等五个方面构建一个基于自媒体环境下的高校团建工作机制,深入推进新常态下高校共青团工作的转型发展。We media brings great challenges and opportunities for the working of CYL in colleges. Web 3. 0 is an innovation of concepts,a construction of artificial intelligence,linked data,semantic network and a kind of communication between internet and people. It emphasizes user- generated content,usability,and interoperability,which allowing users to interact and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue in a virtual community. Colleges should establish the thinking of internet and deepen the understanding about the effect of the " Web 3.0 CYL Building",colleges should also foster the thought of three- dimensional matrix model and build " Web 3. 0CYL Building" running platform. They should advance with times and improve the media literacy of the college students and they should also establish the youth- oriented idea and strengthen the team work of " Web 3. 0 CYL Building",as well as set up the consciousness of problems to enhance the supervision and management of " Web3. 0 CYL Building",therefore to form an efficient working mechanism of college Communist Youth League under We Media environment,thus promoting the whole transitional development of college Communist Youth League.
