大型煤矿采煤机司机岗位适应性测试与选拔系统的构建

摘　　要：煤矿生产越来越依赖于大型设备,设备越先进,对操作设备的人要求就越高。采煤机司机岗位工作强度大,劳动环境恶劣,这也就对这个岗位的工人提出了更高的要求,他们需要具有超强的意志力、注意集中能力以及操作机器所必须的协调性。对某大型煤矿采煤机司机进行意志力、协调性等多方面能力的测试,并将得到的数据用MATLAB建立模型,得出的结果则可作为该工种新工人选拔时的参考资料。Coal mine production depends on large equipment increasingly,the more advanced of the equipment,the higher requirement for the one who operates the machine. The high labor intensity of coal mine machine driver and their bad work environment require them to have strong willpower,attention focus ability,and coordination for operate machine. Base on a large coal mine machine driver’s test,a MATLAB model is established,which can be used to select new workers.
