基于“一带一路”倡议的电子商务快递企业动态联盟组织模式研究

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议贯通中亚、南亚、东南亚、西亚等区域,连接欧洲和亚太两大经济大区,倡议的实施将实质性地促进沿线国家经济繁荣与区域经济合作,尤其是跨境电商会有高速发展,也进而带动物流快递业发生质的飞跃。但由于我国物流快递业发展严重滞后,短期内制约快递业发展的爆仓问题,仍然是急需解决的发展瓶颈。电子商务快递企业动态联盟的构建研究,对于解决快递业发展中的爆仓问题有着重要的意义,其中动态联盟的组织模式设计是动态联盟构建中十分关键的问题。本文通过对物流快递业发展现状、存在问题、爆仓问题发生原因等分析的基础上,提出了物流快递企业动态联盟构建原则、构建流程以及组织模式,对于解决电子商务物流快递企业的突出问题指出路径。The ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative connects the European Economic area and the Asia- Pacific Eco- nomic area through central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, West Asia and other regions. It will promote the economic prosperity and regional economic cooperation among many countries along the ＂One Belt and One Road＂. Especially, it will contribute to the rapidly development of Cross - border electricity and logistics express industry. However, the out of stock that caused by the inadequate development of logistics in China restricts the progress of express industry in the short term and it is still the development bottleneck which needs to be solved. The study on the construction of express enterprises dynamic alliance in e - commerce has important implications to solve the out of stock for express industry. And the organization mode design of dynamic alliance is a vital aspect in this study. This paper proposes the construction principle, the construction process and the organization mode of express enterprises dynamic alliance in turn, which shows the way to solve some prominent problems for express enterprises in e - commerce.
