摘 要:基于自然通风条件下受限空间内的横向1、2、3和4层电缆燃烧试验,验证双区域模型模拟横向电缆火灾动力学过程的可靠性。首先,根据横向电缆火灾试验中测量的室内温度场的变化,证明横向电缆火灾过程基本符合双区域模型假设。然后,比较区域模型预测值与试验测量值,得到了区域模型预测的误差范围为0.004~0.169。研究表明,双区域模型能够可靠地模拟室内横向多层电缆火灾过程。此外,基于间隔0.15 m的4层电缆的燃烧,研究了区域模型火源设置(即设置1个火源和设置4个火源)对模拟结果的影响,结果表明,设置为1个火源得到的最大误差达31.1%,而设置为4个火源的模拟结果相对更加可靠,其误差不超过6%。因此,对横向多层电缆火灾过程的区域模型预测,建议将每层电缆设置为单个火源。This article is to present the results of our experimental and numerically simulated study on the fires in the horizontally arranged multilayer cable trays involving the case of the safety of nuclear power plants.The zone model has been widely used for the fire hazards analysis,though its feasibility to simulate the horizontally-arranged multilayer cable trays fires hasn 't yet been studied carefully.Therefore,in this article,we have first of all made an introductory exploration of the reliability of such models and its availability for predicting the fires of multilayer cables through comparing the predicted data with the experimental ones.Therefore,for our study purpose,first of all,we have done fire-simulated experiments in a confined space of 3 m × 3 m × 3 m under the natural ventilation conditions.And,secondly,we have carried out cable tray fires experiments of 1-layer,2-layer,3-layer and 4-layer,respectively,in a distance of 0.15 m among all the layers.And,next,we have divided the fire zones into two in accordance with the room temperature profiles measured in such experiments corresponding to the assumption of the two-layer zone model with the parameters for comparison such as the ceiling jet temperature,the upper layer temperature and lower layer temperature.Comparing the predicted temperatures with the actually measured data,we have found that the zone model can be made perfectly accurate in simulating the fire process of horizontal multilayer cables in accordance with the compared results,though we have found there still exists an error range of prediction in about0.4%-16.9%.And,finally,we have investigated and discovered the setup rule of the fire source for CFAST simulation on the multiple layers cable tray,which can be stated as:for the 4-layer cable tray,the temperature of the predicted ceiling jet and upper smoke layer should be made higher than the experimental data with 4-layer cable settings being an integral fire source,with a maximum error being 31.1%.If each layer of cable can be set up
