摘  要:采用缺氧/好氧-平板膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)处理垃圾渗滤液,着重考察污染物去除效果和膜污染情况。针对垃圾渗滤液低C/N比的典型特点,研究了外加碳源对A/O-MBR系统处理垃圾渗滤液的影响。结果表明,A/O-MBR系统对垃圾渗滤液中主要污染物COD和氨氮(NH3-N)均有较高的去除效果。外加碳源可以提高污染物的去除效果,尤其是可以明显提高总氮(TN)的去除效果,但外加碳源会加剧膜污染。在外加碳源的条件下,A/O-MBR系统的COD去除率稳定在78%左右,氨氮去除率达到94%左右,TN去除率基本在75%以上。在低通量(J=5 L/(m2·h))运行条件下,A/O-MBR系统的清洗周期最长可达到97 d,但膜的过滤性能会随运行时间延长而衰退。污泥粒径和胞外聚合物质量比的变化可能是导致膜污染加剧的主要原因。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明,膜面有机污染物的主要成分是蛋白质和多糖类物质。The paper intends to present its study results of the impacts of the carbon source dosing in the A/O-MBR on the landfill leachate treatment.As a new approach to the sewage treatment,the so-called membrane bioreactor(MBR) technology serves as a popular means for it saves processing space and reduces sludge yield in addition to its high efficiency.So far as we know,the tubular membrane bioreactor has already been widely used for landfill leachate treating at home.As compared with the tubular membrane bioreactor,the flat-sheet membrane bioreactor enjoys the advantages of energy-saving,high antipollution and easy maintenance.For the above reasons,we have investigated the pollutant removal effect and the membrane fouling problem in the A/O-MBR system constituting the flat-sheet membrane bioreactor technology and the anoxic/aerobic process for landfill leachate treatment,in hoping to overcome the impact of the carbon source dosing in the A/O-MBR system based on the study of the typical features of low C/N ratio in the landfill leachate.The results have shown that the A/O-MBR system has a high removal effect of COD and NH3-N formulation in the average removal efficiency at about 69% and 85%,respectively.What is more,the carbon source dosing can help to increase the removal efficiency of pollutants,especially that of TN,which proves that sufficient carbon source tends to be one of the essential conditions for the denitrification process in the A/O-MBR system.Under the stable operation,it seems to be possible to promote the average COD removal efficiency by 78% in the carbon source dosing.And,it seems more astonishing that the average removal efficiencies of NH3-N and TN can be pushed up to above 94% and 75%,respectively,with the cleaning cycle pushed up to 97 days at a flux of 5 L/(m2·h).However,it would be possible for the membrane filtration to get declining with the increase of the operation time mainly due to the decline of the sludge particle size and the increase of the extracellular polymeric substance(
