摘　　要：目前,我国大学年鉴编撰工作存在着队伍不够专业、框架不够合理、标准不够规范、特色不够明显、重点不够突出等问题,我们要通过加强队伍建设、提升编撰水平、开展工作培训、规范编写标准、实现年鉴网络化数字化、加强理论研究和汇编精华版本等对策,全面推进大学年鉴编撰工作的专业化,为我国大学年鉴编撰工作的科学发展、跨越发展作出新探索。At present, university yearbook compilation has so many problems, such as lack of professional team, unreasonable framework, nonstandard criterion, and so on. We must take many measures to promote the professionalization of university yearbook compilation and make some new explorations to the development of it. The measures include to strengthen the editor team, to enhance the level of compiling, to carry out training, to regulate standards, to network and digitalize yearbook,to strengthen theoretical research and to compile essence, etc.
