头针结合计算机辅助训练治疗脑梗死后认知障碍的事件相关电位观察

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨头针结合计算机辅助训练治疗脑梗死后认知障碍的事件相关电位(ERP)变化情况,分析其临床应用效果。方法:选取2013年5月-2015年5月本院收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,所有患者均合并认知障碍,并给予常规神经内科基础治疗、传统康复训练等。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予人工记忆康复训练,观察组患者在在常规治疗基础上给予头针结合计算机辅助训练治疗,分别对两组患者治疗的临床效果进行比较,并通过图片再认测验和脑电图分析,比较两组患者ERP的变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后图片再认测验反应时间、反应正确率、N3000潜伏期和波幅值等指标检测结果均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的50.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用头针结合计算机辅助训练治疗脑梗死后认知障碍,ERP改变明显,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with computer aided training in the treatment of cerebral infarction after cognitive event related potential（ERP） changes and analyze its effect in clinical application.Method：From May 2013 to May 2015,100 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the objects,all patients were associated with cognitive impairment,and given the routine neurological therapy and traditional rehabilitation training etc.They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group patients in the conventional treatment based on the given artificial memory rehabilitation training,the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the given scalp acupuncture combined with computer aided training in the treatment,respectively in two groups of patients with treatment of clinical effect were compared,and through the picture recognition test and analysis of electroencephalogram（EEG）,patients in each group ERP changes.Result：The patients in the observation group picture recognition test reaction time,the correct response rate,latency and amplitude of N3000 value index detection results were significantly better than the control group,compared with significant differences（P〈0.05）.The treatment efficiency of the two groups were 92.0% and 50.0%,respectively,and there were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：By scalp acupuncture combined with cognitive impairment after computer aided training in the treatment of cerebral infarction,ERP change significantly,the treatment effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
