摘  要:渤海S油田聚合物驱取得了较好的效果,但因强非均质性等因素影响,仍存在大量剩余油。为进一步改善聚合物驱效果,提高采收率,在物理模拟实验基础上,运用数值模拟方法,研究了渤海S油田聚合物驱剩余油的分布规律。结果表明:纵向上,剩余油主要富集在中、低渗层,动用贡献率分别为29%~32%、1%~15%,纵向非均质性越强,低渗层动用程度越低;平面上,剩余油主要分布在低渗带、油井间及边角处,渗透率变异系数越大,低渗带动用程度越小,动用贡献率为12%~29%。此外,水平井与直井组合开发效果优于单纯直井开发,但布井位置和方向影响剩余油的分布。当水平井垂直于流线方向位于低渗带时,能够大范围动用低渗带剩余油,提高采出程度。研究成果在实际生产中得到验证,为油田聚合物驱后期挖潜提供了理论支持。The polymer flooding in Bohai S Oilfield shows favorable production performance,but there is still a large amount of remaining oil due to strong reservoir heterogeneity and other factors. In order to further improve polymer flooding performance and enhance oil recovery,reservoir numerical simulation is used to study the remaining oil distribution of polymer flooding in Bohai S Oilfield based on laboratory physical simulation. Research shows that the longitudinal remaining oil mainly distributes in middle and low permeability layersand the corresponding production contribution ratios are 29%- 32% and 1%-15% respectively. The producing level of low-permeability layer decreases with the increase of longitudinal reservoir heterogeneity. The plane remaining oil mainly distributes in low-permeability zones,inter-well area and corners and the corresponding contribution ratio is 12%- 29%.The producing level of low-permeability zone decreases with the increase of reservoir permeability variation coefficient. In addition,the production performance of horizontal-vertical well combination is more favorable than that of vertical well combination and the corresponding remaining oil distribution is dependent on well placement and orientation. The horizontal well placement within low-permeability zone with lateral section perpendicular to streamline direction could efficiently produce the remaining oil in low-permeability zones and enhance oil recovery degree. Research could provide a theoretical reference for remaining oil recovery after polymer flooding.
