摘 要:海上热采井井底温度达300℃,高温热应力加剧了出砂风险,筛管作为最后一道屏障,决定着热采防砂的成败。筛管在高温、腐蚀和强注强采的恶劣环境下易发生损坏,导致油井出砂停产。针对海上热采井生产特点,研发了新型热采筛管。该筛管材质选用热稳定性强、耐腐蚀和强度高的P110H-3Cr钢材;结构优化为7层,内外2层挡砂网精度外大内小,逐层过滤;特殊结构的导流外护套,减少高速流体冲蚀影响。新型热采筛管不仅具备较好的热稳定性能,而且提高了抗腐蚀能力。截至2015年12月,新型热采筛管已成功应用15井次,作业成功率为100%,单井产能提高2~3倍,未发生出砂及筛管损坏情况。该技术满足了海上油田热采防砂要求,为提高热采效果奠定了基础。The bottomhole temperature of thermal recovery wells in offshore oilfield could reach 300℃ and the high temperature and high thermal stress will further increase the risk of sand inflow. As the last barrier,screen is considered as the aspect of sand control in thermal recovery. Screen is likely to be damaged due to high temperature,corrosion and intensive injection-production treatment,which will directly result in sand inflow and well shut-in. A new thermal recovery screen is developed according to the thermal recovery well production performance in offshore oilfield. This screen is made from steel P110H-3Cr with better thermal stability,high corrosion resistance and high strength. The structure is divided into 7 layers and the sizes of the inner and outer 2-layer sand blocking screens follow a descending order from outside to inside to achieve stepwise screenage. The diversion outer sheath with special structure could reduce the impact of high-velocity fluid erosion. The new thermal recovery screen cannot only show favorable thermal stability,but also indicate higher corrosion resistance. This new thermal recovery screen has been successfully applied for 15 well-times by December 2015,the corresponding operating success ratio is 100% and the productivity per well has been enhanced by 2-3 times without any sand inflow or screen damage. This technology is applicable for thermal recovery sand control in offshore oilfield,which could lay a foundation for thermal recovery improvement.
