摘　　要：目的分析评价TES缓冲液在陈旧性血斑金标抗人Hb试剂条试验中的应用效果。方法对31份10年以上的陈旧性血斑进行联苯胺试验;分别使用蒸馏水和TES缓冲液震荡浸泡检材,于0h、6h、12h、24h进行金标抗人Hb试剂条试验。结果 31份陈旧性血斑联苯胺试验呈不同程度阳性;金标抗人Hb试剂条试验,TES缓冲液组有9份检材检测为阳性,6h后14份检材出现阳性结果,而蒸馏水组仅有1份检材浸泡6h后检测为阳性。结论对于10年以上的陈旧性血斑,使用TES缓冲液进行金标抗人Hb试剂条试验,并适当延长浸泡时间能显著提高种属鉴定检出率。Objective This research aims to evaluate the application effect of TES buffer solution in the strip of gold-labeled anti-human-hemoglobin test on stale bloodstains. Methods 31 stale bloodstains reserved for at least ten years were applied with benzidine test. All bloodstains were tested by strips of gold-labeled anti-human-hemoglobin after distilled water and TES buffer soaking and shake for 0, 6, 12, 24 hours. Results All samples showed positive response in benzidine test in varying degrees. In the strip of gold-labeled anti-human-hemoglobin test, 9 samples showed positive response by TES buffer soaking, and 6 hours later, another 14 samples showed positive results, and the figure for distilled water group was 1. Conclusion The strip of gold-labeled anti-human-hemoglobin test combined with TES buffer solution, extending time of soaking appropriately, could improve the effect of species identification of stale bloodstains.
