摘　　要：吕仁和教授认为糖尿病神经源性膀胱是因消渴病(糖尿病)治不得法,肝肾亏虚、心脾受伤、经脉失养所致,临床治疗应整体调治灵活采用辨病论治、分期辨证论治和分型辨证论治。辨病论治宜用益气养阴、行气化痰、活血通脉法。分期辨证论治在早期宜疏利气机、滋补肝肾,中期宜补中益气、健脾益肾,晚期宜温补肾元、助阳化气。分型辨证论治依据本虚(肾气不足、脾气不足)和标实(肝气郁滞、湿热壅结),分别采用补肾培元、通阳化气,健脾益气、通阳助运,疏肝理气、通利下焦,清热利湿、通利膀胱等方法。同时,注重对患者多项临床指标的监测及患者心理状态的调整,临床取得了较好的疗效。Professor LV Renhe considers diabetic neurogenic bladder arises from improper treatment of diabetes,leading to yin deficiency of liver and kidney,heart and spleen damaged,meridians malnutrition. He proposes holistic treatment. He can flexibly use disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation of stage,and syndrome type differentiation. The treatment based on disease differentiation includes reinforcing qi and nourishing yin,moving qi and resolving phlegm,and promoting blood circulation to regulate meridians. He uses the treatment of promoting qi and tonifying the liver and kidney in early stage of diabetic neurogenic bladder. While in the middle stage,he uses the therapy of strengthening the middle-energizer to reinforce qi and invigorating the spleen and replenishing the kidney. In the late stage,he adopts warming and strengthening kidney yang,as well as reinforcing yang and transforming qi. Syndrome types of this disease include deficiency of the kidney qi,deficiency of the spleen qi,qi stagnation of the liver,and retention of dampness-heat. According to the type of syndrome,the treatments are supplementing the original qi of kidney and activating yang and transforming qi,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi and activating yang and reinforcing transportation,soothing the liver to regulate its qi flow and promoting lower-energizer,clearing dampness-heat and promoting bladder. At the same time,he pays attention to monitoring clinical index and adjusting psychology of patients. The curative effect of above treatments are remarkable.
