片仔癀对人骨肉瘤MG63细胞相关凋亡蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度片仔癀对人骨肉瘤MG63细胞相关凋亡蛋白表达的影响。方法不同浓度片仔癀溶液干预人骨肉瘤MG63细胞24h后,采用Westernblot法检测各组骨肉瘤MG63细胞凋亡标志蛋白Caspase-3、Caspase-9、Bcl-2、Bax的表达。结果片仔癀通过内源性的线粒体途径,促进人骨肉瘤MG63细胞Caspase-3、Caspase-9的激活,诱导骨肉瘤细胞的凋亡,同时可以调节Bcl-2、Bax的表达,有剂量依赖性。结论片仔癀促进骨肉瘤MG63细胞凋亡可能通过调节相关凋亡蛋白表达而实现。Objective To study the effects and mechanism of different concentrations of Pien Tze Huang on the apoptosis of human osteosarcoma MG63 cells and related proteins expression. Methods After 24h＇s intervention of different concentrations of Pien Tze Huang on osteosarcoma human MG63 cells,detect the expression of apoptosis associated proteins of Caspase- 3,Caspase- 9,Bcl- 2,Bax of MG63 cell proliferation by Westernblot method. Results Pien Tze Huang can activate the expression of Caspase- 3 and Caspase- 9 through endogenous mitochondrial pathway to induce the apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells,alter the expression of Bcl- 2,Bax,the effect was positively correlated with the concentration. Conclusion Pien Tze Huang can reduce apoptosis associated proteins expression to induce the apoptosis of Human Osteosarcoma MG63 cells.
