银杏叶胶囊联合消心痛对心脏X综合征患者血清肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽及血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶胶囊联合消心痛对心脏X综合征(CSX)患者血清肌钙蛋白(c Tn I)、脑钠肽(BNP)及血脂水平的影响。方法将80例CSX患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用银杏叶胶囊联合消心痛治疗,对照组则单纯给予消心痛治疗,比较两组患者血清c Tn I、BNP及血脂含量变化。结果治疗组缓解心绞痛的总有效率及改善心电图的总有效率均优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的血清c Tn I、BNP含量水平低于对照组(P<0.05);而血脂指标胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,两组患者间比较,治疗组下降或升高的程度大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论银杏叶胶囊联合消心痛治疗CSX疗效显著,可降低患者的血脂水平,缓解心绞痛,改善患者症状及心肌功能。Objective To evaluate the effects of Ginkgo Biloba capsules combined with Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets on serum cTnI,BNP and blood lipid levels in patients with cardiac syndrome X. Methods 80 cases of patients with cardiac syndrome X were selected and ran- domly divided into experimental group （n = 40） and control group （n = 40）. Experimental group was given Ginkgo Biloba capsules combined with Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets, control group was given Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets alone. Compare the changes of serum cTnI, BNP and blood lipid levels in the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of serum cTnI and BNP in experimental group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ;the levels of TC ,TG and LDL - C decreased and the levels of HDL - C increased, the degrees of decrease or increase in experimental group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginkgo Biloba capsules combined with Isosorbide Dinitrate tablets is effective in treating acardiac syn- drome X. It can reduce the blood lipid level, relieve angina pectoris, improve symptoms and cardiac function in patients.
