艾迪注射液对膀胱癌细胞端粒酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析艾迪注射液对膀胱癌细胞端粒酶活性的变化,进而研究艾迪注射液的治疗机理。方法选取60例膀胱癌患者,随机分为3组,分别用艾迪注射液、沙培林、丝裂霉素进行膀胱灌注。结果艾迪灌注组注射后的端粒酶活性明显低于其他两组注射后的活性,且注射后与注射前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);端粒酶的活性按照A、B、C、D 4个等级划分,强度A、C、D的例数明显减少,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);在采用艾迪注射液前,患者膀胱癌细胞活性的阳性率为87.1%,而注射后细胞活性的阳性率为40.3%,两者之间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论用艾迪注射液治疗膀胱癌可以有效抑制细胞端粒酶活性,避免了癌细胞的快速生长,此方法值得借鉴推广。Objectlve To investigate the changes of telomerase activity in bladder cancer cells by Addie injection and the therapeutic mechanism of Addie injection. Methods 60 cases of bladder cancer patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, received bladder perfu- sion with Aidi injection, Sapylin and Mitomycin C respectively. Results Telomerase activity in Addie perfusion group after injection was sig- nificantly lower than that of the other two groups, compared with before injection, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; the telomerase activity were divided into A, B, C, D grades, the numbers of cases of A, C, D strength significantly decreased with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）, before the injection, the positive rate of activity in patients with bladder cancer cells was 87.1% （54）, while it was 40.3 % （25） after injection, the difference was with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Addie injection can effectively inhib-it the telomerase activity and avoid the rapid growth of cancer cells, is worthy of application in treatment of bladder cancer.
