当归四逆汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨当归四逆汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者的临床疗效及对患者血清癌抗原125(CA125)水平的影响。方法将147例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为两组,对照组给予孕三烯酮胶囊,治疗组给予当归四逆汤加减。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者血清CA125、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平以及盆腔包块水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤能够显著提高子宫内膜异位症患者的临床疗效,纠正患者机体内分泌的紊乱,促进患者症状体征的改善。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danggui Sini decoction on endometriosis of cold retention and blood stasis and its effects on serum cancer antigen 125（ CA125） level. Methods 147 cases of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into 2groups,control group was given Gestrinone capsules,observation group was treated with Danggui Sini decoction. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The serum levels of CA125,interleukin- 8（ IL- 8）,tumor necrosis factor- α,estradiol,progesterone were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danggui Sini decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of endometriosis,correct the disorder of endocrine and improve the symptoms of patients.
