益肾健脾养肝法治疗老年高尿酸血症肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾健脾养肝法对老年高尿酸血症肾病的临床疗效。方法将102例老年高尿酸血症肾病患者分为两组。对照组单用西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加益肾健脾养肝法治疗,对两组患者治疗后疗效及生化指标检测结果进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组尿酸碱度(p H)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组所有指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高尿酸血症肾病患者实施益肾健脾养肝法治疗具有显著疗效,且安全性高,可快速促进肾功能恢复,利于患者远期预后,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of tonifying kidney and spleen,nourishing liver method on senile high blood uric acid nephropathy. Methods 102 cases of senile high blood uric acid nephropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,51 cases in each group. Control group was treated with western medicine,treatment group was treated with tonifying kidney and spleen,nourishing liver treatment on the basis of control group. Evaluate the curative effects and biochemical indexes of both groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 20%,higher than 72. 55% of control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the urine acid- base degree（ PH）,endogenous creatinine clearance rate（ CCR）,serum creatinine（ SCR）,uric acid（ UA）,urea nitrogen（ BUN） and other indicators of both groups after treatment showed statistical significance（ P〈0. 05） compared with those before treatment.All indexes of treatment group were improved more obviously than control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was 11. 76%,significantly lower than 27. 45% of control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Tonifying kidney and spleen,nourishing liver method has significant curative effects on senile high blood uric acid nephropathy with high safety,can rapidly promote kidney function recovery,increase urine p H value with obvious efficacy on long- term prognosis,is worthy of clinical application.
