见肿消巴布剂治疗癌性疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价见肿消巴布剂治疗癌性疼痛的的疗效及安全性。方法 80例癌痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给以西医常规治疗(主要是三阶梯止痛),观察组在西医常规治疗的同时加用见肿消巴布剂外敷。观察并比较两组疼痛程度、疼痛缓解有效率和治疗前后生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度比较:用药后第3、7、14、28日NRS评分与用药前比较,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);第7、14、28日组间比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者疼痛缓解有效率的比较:观察组疼痛缓解总有效率明显升高,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后生活质量改善情况:治疗前后KPS评分比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论见肿消巴布剂可以提高止痛药物的止痛效果,且远期效果更明显,还可以进一步提高癌症患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianzhongxiao cataplasm in treatment of cancer pain. Methods 80 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was treated with routine treatment of western medicine combined with Jianzhongxiao cataplasm on the affected area. Control group was treated with routine western medicine alone.Results The pain degrees were significantly different between the 3rd,7th,14 th and 28 th days（ P〈0. 05）,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 001）. The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,there were obviously significant differences in KPS scores in the two groups（ P〈0. 01）after treatment,and KPS score of observation group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Jianzhongxiao cataplasm can improve the analgesic effect with an obvious long- term effect,can further improve the life quality of cancer patients.
