摘 要:大三角变幅机构作为旋挖钻机施工过程中承力的关键部件,对旋挖钻机的稳定性和施工安全性有重要作用。以大三角变幅机构为研究对象,在分析提升和钻进工况旋挖钻机受力情况的基础上,利用有限元软件对其进行建模、强度分析和模态分析。结果表明:大三角变幅机构设计满足强度要求,大三角变幅机构模态振型有一阶前后摆动和二阶左右摆动,但不能激发起三阶及三阶以上的振型。研究结果对旋挖钻机大三角变幅机构的设计和优化提供了参考。Large triangular variable-range assembly, an important supporting and loading compon,nt of rotary drilling machines, secures a crucial role in stability performance and construction safety. Being taken large triangular variable-range assembly of ro- tary drilling rig as a research object, based on mechanics analysis of rotary drilling rig under hoisting and drilling conditions, a fi- nite element model of large triangular variable-range assembly was established by using finite element software. Structural strength, and modal analysis were carried out respectively. The results indicate that the design of large triangular variable-range assembly can meet the strength requirements. The modal shapes of the large triangular variable-range assembly include back- forth wiggle for the first order and left-right wiggle for the second order, and the mode shapes for the third or more orders generally can- not be excited. The results provide vast reference values on design and optimization for rotary drilling rig with large triangular vari- able-range assembly.
