摘 要:对辽宁省某肉鸡养殖场分离获得的鸡源和人源大肠杆菌采用微量稀释法进行14种兽用和16种人用抗菌药的药物敏感性试验,结果显示,鸡源和人源大肠杆菌对共同产生表观耐药的兽用抗菌药有10种,人用抗菌药有6种。对分离菌株选取共同耐药率较高的5类抗菌药物的9种主要相关基因进行检测,结果显示,鸡源和人源大肠杆菌共同携带的耐药基因有6种,其中gyrA和gyrB的检出率均达到100%,对共同携带的耐药基因进行核苷酸同源性分析表明,gyrB、sul2、TEM和floR的同源性较高,其中gyrB达到100%。研究证明肉鸡场鸡源和人源大肠杆菌共同对多种常用兽用抗菌药和人用抗菌药产生表观耐药性,部分相关耐药基因具有高度同源性,表明肉鸡场细菌耐药性及其相关基因可能在鸡源和人源大肠杆菌中传播。Micro-dilution method was used to determine antibiotic sensitivity of 14 kinds of veterinary medicine and 16 kinds of human medicine on chicken-derived and human-derived Escherichia coli from a broiler farm in Liaoning province. The results showed that chicken-derived and human-derived Escherichia coli co-produced the apparent resistance on 10 kinds of veterinary medicine and 6 kinds of human medicine. 9 kinds of major related genes selected from the isolates were detected,it showed that 6 kinds of resistant genes were carried in chicken-derived and human-derived Escherichia coli, the rates of gyrA and gyrB were 100%,the analysis on nucleotide homology of gyrB,sul2,TEM and floR were high,which gyrB reached 100%. It showed that the isolates produced apparent resistance on many common veterinary medicine and human medicine,and partial resistance genes were associated with a high degree of homology,which indicated that bacterial resistance and related gene in broiler farm may spread between chicken-derived Escherichia coli and human-derived Escherichia coli.
