摘 要:根据黄河流域2009-2013年的水资源统计数据,通过计算各地区水资源与人口、GDP、农作物播种面积等经济发展要素的基尼系数,对黄河流域水资源分布、配置与经济发展要素匹配关系在时间上的演变规律进行研究。结果表明:黄河流域水资源分布与经济发展要素的匹配关系极不匹配,但不匹配程度有所减缓。水资源配置与人口、GDP之间的匹配关系是相对匹配,与农作物播种面积间的匹配度表现为高度匹配,且匹配度有增加的趋势。另一方面,通过绘制黄河流域68个市级行政区的水资源与经济发展要素的洛伦兹曲线,来分析黄河流域水资源在空间上分布的差异性。通过对差异原因的分析,提出了对黄河流域水资源合理化配置的部分原则和缓解城市水资源短缺的建议。According to the statistical data of water resources of the Yellow River Basin in 2009-2013, by calculating the Gini coeffi- cient of economic development factors of population, GDP and crops sown area with water resources, the time evolution law of matc- hing relationship which is about the water resources distribution, configure with economic development elements in the Yellow River basin is studied. The results show that the matching relationship between water resources distribution and economic development fac- tors in the Yellow River basin is not matching, but the degree of mismatch has slowed down. The matching relationship between wa- ter resources allocation and population, GDP is the relative matching, and the matching degree between the areas of crop planting is highly matched. The matching degree is increasing. On the other hand, drawing the Lorenz curve of water resources and economic development factors of the 68 city in Yellow River Basin, the author analyzes the difference distribution of water resources in the Yellow River Basin in space. Based on an analysis of the causes of the differences, this part puts forward some principles on the rea- sonable allocation of water resources in the Yellow River basin and the suggestions for alleviating the shortage of urban water resources.
