摘  要:介绍了针对传统次氯酸钙投加设备不易调整投加量问题而研发的自动变量投加装置在西南地区某村镇供水工程进行现场应用的相关情况。监测结果表明:该装置能够实现次氯酸钙溶液的定比投加,保证清水池进水中余氯值的波动范围在±20%以内,且该值与次氯酸钙溶液的投加量呈线性正相关关系。连续监测32h结果表明,该装置投加稳定性好,出厂水和管网末梢中余氯值较稳定,且余氯与微生物指标均达标;但投加量过大时,可能会出现副产物三卤甲烷超标。该装置在村镇供水工程中具有推广价值,应用中注意将投加量控制在合理范围内,全面保障饮水安全。In order to solve the problem of dosage adjusting of traditional calcium hypochlorite dosing device, automatic variable dosing device is developed which is applied in a rural water supply projects in southwest China. The running conditions are monitored, and the application results are introduced in this paper. Monitoring results show that, the device can achieve a fixed ratio of calcium hypochlorite solution dosing to ensure that the fluctuation range of residual chlorine value is within ±20% in the influent of the clean water reservoir. Besides, it is positive linear correlated with the dosage of calcium hypochlorite solution. The device shows good dosage stability in 32 h continuous monitoring process. The residual chlorine value is very stable in the finished water and tap water, both of which reach the standard. However, THMs may exceed the standard when the calcium hypochlorite solution dosage amount is too large. The device has bright prospects of application in rural water supply projects. It is advised that, the dosage should be in proper range to achieve comprehensive water safety.
