摘　　要：本指南由美国超声医学协会发表，旨在指导超声医师对前囟未闭的新生儿及婴儿进行颅脑超声检查。临床医师应把握检查指征，获取必要的颅脑信息，按指南要求的检查内容将最大限度地提高超声对新生儿和婴儿颅脑异常的检出率。This guideline was published by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine,which has been developed to assist physicians performing sonographic studies of the brain in neonates and infants. Neurosonography should be performed only when there is a valid medical reason, and gain the necessary diagnostic information. Although it is not possible to detect every abnormality, adherence to the following guideline will maximize the detection of most abnormalities of the brain in neonates and infants that can be imaged with ultrasound.
