摘　　要：文章总结整理导师吴承玉教授辨治胰腺癌的临床经验,认为胰腺癌病位在胰腺,归属五脏系统的脾系统,与肝、胆、肾密切相关;胰腺癌的病性以虚为本,痰、瘀、气相互交阻。治疗上以扶正祛邪、消痰化瘀为大法,重视顾护脾胃,调和阴阳,中西互参,病证结合,同时注意兼症。文末举一则验案佐证,以期提高临床对胰腺癌的诊疗水平。This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor WU Chengyu in syndrome differentiation and treating pancreas cancer. Professor WU thinks that the location is pancreas which belongs to the spleen system of five Zang- organs system,being related to liver,gallbladder and kidney. The characteristics is based on deficiency,together with phlegm,stasis and Qi.Treatment follows the principles of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and phlegm stasis,protecting spleen and stomach,balancing Yin and Yang,referring to the western medicine,combining with syndromes differentiation and paying attention to additional syndromes. One case of pancreas cancer was attached in the end,hoping to improve clinical diagnosing and treating standard of pancreas cancer.
