摘　　要："肾藏精"是中医藏象学说中关于肾功能的重要论述,深刻理解其内涵,有助于澄清肾精、肾气、肾阴、肾阳的概念及其相互关系,并从中发现肾在"自为自和"的运动过程中体现了人体自组织的特性。"肾藏精"是肾最基本和最重要的功能,对其概念的深入认识和准确把握,必将有助于对中医相关基础理论的理解并进一步用于指导临床实践。Kidney storing essence is an important viewpoint about the kidney’ s function in traditional Chinese medicine. To understand the deeply connotation would be helpful to clarify the concept of kidney essence,kidney Qi,kidney Yin and kidney Yang as well as their mutual relationship. At the same time,during the kidney’s working and harmonization by itself,it manifests the human body’s self- organization. Kidney storing essence is the kidney’ s most fundamental and important function. To grasp the concept exactly would help to understand the relative basic theory of TCM and guide clinical practice.
