摘 要:目的:从"天人相应"的角度出发,探讨年节律对健康人皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取健康志愿者50例,男女各25例。检测其在生理状态下春分、夏至、秋分、冬至四个节气的皮肤经皮水分丢失(Trans Epidermal Water Loss,TEWL)、角质层含水量、油脂量、p H值等指标的变化,并进行统计分析。结果:1TEWL值:冬至最大,夏至最小,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=17.83,P<0.05)。2角质层含水量:面颊部春分最大,冬至最小,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=4.89,P<0.05)。颧部夏至最大,冬至最小,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=3.97,P<0.05)。3油脂量:夏至最多,秋分最少,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=5.25,P<0.05)。4p H值:冬至最大,夏至最小,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=4.69,P<0.05)。结论:结果提示皮肤屏障功能随季节变化而变化,夏季较好,冬季减弱。Objective: To explore the effects of seasonal variation on skin barrier function of healthy adults based on the theory of correspondence between man and nature. Methods: Fifty healthy volunteers were chosen,25 men and 25 women. The changes in physiological state of skin transepidermal water loss,stratum corneum hydration,sebum content and p H value were checked in the four solar terms of vernal equinox,summer solstice,autumnal equinox and winter solstice. The data obtained was statistically analyzed. Results: 1TEWL value: maximum in winter solstice,minimum in summer solstice. There was significant difference between the two groups( t = 17. 83,P 〈 0. 05). 2Stratum corneum hydration on the cheek: maximum in vernal equinox and minimum in winter solstice. There was significant difference between the two groups( t = 4. 89,P 〈 0. 05). On the malar,maximum in summer solstice and minimum in winter solstice. There was significant difference between the two groups( t = 3. 97,P 〈 0. 05). 3Sebum content: maximum in summer solstice,minimum in autumn equinox. There was significant difference between the two groups( t =5. 25,P 〈 0. 05). 4p H value: maximum in winter solstice,minimum in summer solstice. There was significant difference between the two groups( t = 4. 69,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The results suggest that the skin barrier function changes with the seasons,better in the summer and weakened in the winter.
