摘　　要：随着针刺麻醉的创立,从事针麻原理及经络研究的队伍越来越大,"循经感传现象"逐渐得到了临床医生与学者的重视,现已成为经络研究的一大热点。作者通过梳理相关古籍与文献,着重从循经感传的涵义、判断、重要性以及激发方法等方面对循经感传加以论述,以便学习针灸的同行参阅,为针灸临床和实验研究提供一定参考。As the acupuncture anesthesia developing,the principle of acupuncture analgesia and the meridian research is more and more popular. The therapy of propagated sensation along the channels gradually got the attention of the clinical doctors and scholars and has become a hotspot in the research of the meridians. The author through combing the relevant ancient books and literature,focused on the meaning,judging,importance and the ways of stimulating the theory of propagated sensation along the channels in order to provide the certain reference for acupuncture clinical and experimental research.
