摘 要:目前血压测量在临床上采用袖带充放气的方法,不能连续测量.研究了基于脉搏波传导时间的连续血压监测方法,解决了心电R波顶点和脉搏波特征点识别问题,通过心电R波顶点和脉搏波特征点之间的时间间隔计算出脉搏波传导时间,用直线拟合的方法建立脉搏波传导时间和血压之间的个性化模型,开发了基于脉搏波连续测量血压的仪器.对13名18 ~40岁的健康人进行测试表明,该方法与水银血压计的测量结果的误差在(5±8) mmHg以内.Most blood pressure measurements are based on cuff inflation and deflation method,which is noncontinuous.A continuous blood pressure measurement method based on the pulse transit time(PTT) is studied and a measurement system is developed.The electrocardiography(ECG) R wave peaks and the pulse wave feature points are recognized and PTT is calculated by the time difference of the two points above.The model between PTT and blood pressure is constructed by straight line fit.Thirteen volunteers aged eighteen to forty are involved into the experiment,the result shows that the mean and standard deviation of the deference between this method and sphygmomanometer method is below (5 ± 8) mmHg.
