智能型医用碳纤维加热毯预防围手术期寒战的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评估智能型医用碳纤维加热毯预防患者围手术期寒战的效果。方法:筛选出符合标准的接受硬膜外麻醉的外科手术患者1 000例,随机分为两组(观察组与对照组),每组500例,观察组麻醉前、麻醉中、术后采用加热毯保温,对照组采用普通棉被保温。对比连续监测麻醉及手术过程中体温的变化;多功能监护仪连续监测血压、心率、血氧饱和度等生命体征;两组寒战的发生率、寒战程度;围手术期疼痛发生率、感染率及住院时间。结果:观察组与对照组相比,术中呼吸、脉搏、血压、血氧饱和度等生命体征均平稳,无不良反应发生,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);观察组无论术中或术后低体温发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组寒战发生率、寒战程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后6 h VAS疼痛评分、术后切口感染率及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能型医用碳纤维加热毯技术先进、使用安全,可有效减少患者围手术期低体温及寒战的发生,减轻术后患者疼痛,大大提高了护理质量及医疗效果。Objective To assess the effect of Intelligent medical carbon fiber heating blanket to prevent of shivering in patients during operation. Method 1 000 patients with epidural anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups（ observation group and control group）,500 cases in each group. Compared with continuous monitoring of anesthesia and operation in the process of body temperature changes; monitor continuous monitoring of blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation and other vital signs;shivering in the two groups the incidence,the degree of shivering; peri operative pain incidence,infection rate and duration of hospitalization. Results Tow group compared to respiration,pulse,blood pressure,oxygen saturation and other vital signs were stable,no adverse reactions occurred,group 2,there was no statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）; observation group whether intraoperative or postoperative hypothermia incidence were significantly lower than those of the controls（ P〈0. 01）; observation group chills the incidence and degree of shivering was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）; observation group after 6 hours VAS pain score,postoperative incision infection rate and hospital stay were lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intelligent medical carbon fiber heating blanket technology advanced,safe use,can effectively reduce hypothermia and Shivering during operation,relieve the pain of patients during operation,greatly improving the quality of nursing and medical effects.
