利普刀烧灼联合云南白药局部喷洒治疗慢性宫颈糜烂临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨利普刀烧灼联合云南白药局部喷洒治疗慢性宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:按患者手术治疗的时间顺序,随机分为观察组137例,对照组129例,两组患者均给予利普刀治疗和常规护理,术后用3%的双氧水对创面进行清洗,观察组在此基础上对创面喷洒云南白药,1次/d,连续15d。统计分析患者阴道排液时间、脱痂出血时间、愈合时间和术后并发症等。结果:观察组患者阴道排液时间、脱痂出血时间、愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后出血量、并发症例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1月,观察组患者治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利普刀联合云南白药局部喷洒可降低术后出血、感染等并发症,缩短阴道排液时间,促进手术创面的愈合。Objective To investigate the LEEP cauterization combined with Yunnan Baiyao local spray clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic cervical erosion. Method According to the order of the time of treatment of patients,were randomly assigned to 137 cases in the observation group,129 cases in the control group,two groups of patients were given LEEP treatment and routine nursing care,postoperative use of 3% hydrogen peroxide to clean the wound,observation group on the basis of wound spra-ying Yunnan Baiyao,1 times / d,15 d. The time of vaginal discharge,bleeding time,healing time and postoperative complications were analyzed statistically. Results To observe the groups of patients with vaginal discharge time,decrustation bleeding time,healing time was significantly shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; patients in the observation group after the amount of bleeding,the number of complications was significantly less than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; one month after operation to observe group cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion LEEP combined with Yunnan Baiyao topical spraying can reduce postoperative bleeding,infection and other complications,shorten the vaginal discharge time,promote the healing of wound.
