苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选择100例高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予贝那普利,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平和贝那普利。观察两组血压控制效果和总有效率。结果:观察组和对照组药物治疗后的收缩压和舒张压分别和本组药物治疗后的收缩压和舒张压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物治疗后的收缩压和舒张压分别和对照组物治疗后的收缩压和舒张压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利控制高血压患者的血压效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine combined with Benner Pury in the treatment of hypertension. Method 100 patients with hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given to Benner Pury,and the observation group was treated with Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine. The effect of blood pressure control was observed,and the total effective rate in the two groups was evaluated after treatment. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group and the control group were compared with the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in this group after treatment respectively,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after treatment were compared with the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine combined with Benner Pury in controlling blood pressure in patients with hypertension is significant,and it is worth of learning.
