乌司他丁联合血必净对脓毒症患者C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素6的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌司他丁联合血必净干预前后,脓毒症患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化及意义。方法:选择204例脓毒症患者随机分为乌司他丁联合血必净治疗组和血必净对照组观察两组患者治疗前后C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素6水平。结果:与对照组相比乌司他丁联合血必净治疗组患者CRP、PCT、IL-6均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,乌司他丁联合血必净降低血清CRP、PCT、IL-6水平,抑制炎性反应介质,降低病死率。Objective To compare the differences between patients＇ plasma levels of CRP,PCT and IL- 6 before and after the intervention of Ulinastin unite xuebijing. Method Two hundred and four cases of sepsis patients as the research objects,Patients were randomly divided into Ulinastin unite xuebijing treatment group and xuebijing control group. To test Plasma CRP,PCT and IL- 6 before and after the treatments were observed. Results There were significant decrease in plasma levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 in the treatment group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with Ulinastatin injection and xuebijing injection can reduce plasma CRP,PCT and IL- 6 level on sepsis patients. In addition,Inflammatory medium can be inhibitted,and mortality can be reduced.
