摘　　要：目的:探讨干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿EB感染导致的传染性单核细胞增多症与单用更昔洛韦治疗该病的疗效及细胞因子的改变。方法:选取收治的40例EB病毒感染引起的传染性单核细胞增多症患儿随机分为两组,试验组20例应用干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗,对照组20例单用更昔洛韦治疗,同时给予退热等对症处理,观察两组患儿疗效及细胞因子水平改变。结果:试验组患儿的退热时间,淋巴结消退时间及异型淋巴细胞消失时间等较对照组明显缩短,试验组治疗后6个月复查EB病毒VCA-Ig M转阴率较对照组明显升高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿治疗后较治疗前血清中IL-6明显降低,IL-10明显升高,CD4较治疗前有显著增高,CD8较治疗前有明显降低,CD4/CD8比值则明显增高,两组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿EB感染导致的传染性单核细胞增多症疗效较单用更昔洛韦疗效显著提高。Objective To investigate the curative effect and the change of cell factor that interferon combined with Ganciclovir treat childrens with infectious mononucleosis caused of EB virus infection,compare with treated it only with Ganciclovir. Method 40 cases of children with Infectious mononucleosis caused of EB virus infection were divided into two groups randomly,20 cases as test group,and 20 cases as control group. The test group had been treated with interferon combined with Ganciclovir; The control group treated only with Ganciclovir. The same symptomatical treatment had been used in the two groups. To observe the curative effect and the change of cell factor between two groups. Results There were difference between the time of defervesce,the time of lymph gland narrow,disappearance time of Atypical lymphocyte; and darkening rate of EBV- VCA- Ig M in test group and the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were difference between blood of IL- 6、IL- 10、CD4、CD8and CD4/ CD8 in two groups before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of interferon combined with ganciclovir treat childrens with Infectious mononucleosis caused of EB virus infection is much better than the treatment only with ganciclovir.
