美盐敷料加舒美邦拉合胶布在妇科腹部切口脂肪液化中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察美盐敷料加舒美邦拉合胶布在治疗妇科切口脂肪液化的疗效。方法：选取妇科腹部切口脂肪液化患者58例,随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,观察组采用美盐敷料换药加舒美邦拉合胶布拉合切口,对照组采用传统换药法加创可贴拉合切口,对换药次数、愈合时间,换药疼痛度,有无皮肤损伤和皮肤过敏等进行统计分析。结果：观察组换药次数3～5次,伤口缩小率95%～98%,愈合时间5～7 d,换药疼痛程度以0级和Ⅰ级为主;对照组换药次数7～14次,伤口缩小率78%～82%,愈合时间10～18 d,换药疼痛程度以Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级为主。结论：美盐敷料加舒美邦拉合胶布治疗切口脂肪液化疗效肯定,换药次数明显减少,愈合时间明显缩短,患者疼痛程度减轻,皮肤损伤、过敏以及二次缝合明显减少,值得临床进行推广使用。Objective The observe ME- salt and Multsentry wound closure strips dressing in wound fat liquefaction gynecological treatment efficacy. Method Our hospital gynecological abdominal incision fat liquefaction of 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 29 cases,observation group ME- salt and Multsentry wound closure strips dressing the wound,the control group using traditional dressing fajitas Plastered pull together incision,the number of dressing,the healing time,the degree of pain medication were analyzed for skin damage and skin allergies. Results Observation group 3 to 5 times the number of dressing,wound reduction rate of 95% to 98%,the healing time of 5 to 7 days,the degree of pain medication to 0 andⅠlevel based; control group of 7 to 14 times the number of dressing,wound the reduction rate of 78% to 82%,the healing time of 10 to18 days,the degree of pain medication withⅠand Ⅱ grade level based. Conclusion ME- salt and Multsentry wound closure strips dressing a combined tape wound fat liquefaction treatment is effective,significantly reducing the number of dressing,the healing time is significantly shorter,the degree of pain the patient relief,skin lesions,allergies and secondary suture significantly reduced,worthy of promotion use.
