临床护理路径在FOLFOX6方案化疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床路径护理在胃肠癌患者首次行FOLFOX6方案化疗中的应用效果。方法:制定临床路径护理表,将首次行FOLFOX6方案化疗胃肠癌患者92例,随机分成试验组46例和对照组46例,试验组按临床路径护理表实施临床路径护理,实施护理时注重时间安排;对照组予常规护理,比较两组患者不良反应、健康教育掌握情况及患者满意度及知晓率。结果:试验组胃肠道反应、口腔炎、神经毒性反应、PICC早期并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且健康教育掌握情况和患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径护理在胃肠癌患者首次行FOLFOX6方案化疗实施有助于减少患者不良反应,提高患者对化疗相关知识的知晓率及满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway nursing of firstline chemotherapy of FOLFOX6 regimen in patients with gastric cancer. Method The formulation of clinical nursing path table,would be the first line of FOLFOX6 scheme chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients with 92 cases,were randomly divided into the experimental group 46 cases and control group 46 cases,the experimental group the implementation of clinical pathwaynursing according to the clinical pathway nursing table,nursing should pay attention to the time arrangement; the control group received routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients,adverse reaction health educationmaster and patient satisfaction and awareness rate. Results In the experimental group,gastrointestinal reaction,stomatitis,neurotoxic reactions,PICC early complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and health education to grasp the situation and the degree of satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in patients with gastric cancerfor the first time for chemotherapy of FOLFOX6 regimen implementation helps to reduce the adverse reactions of patients,improve the patient for chemotherapy related knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction.
