摘　　要：DEA超效率分析模型表明,企业研究生工作站技术创新效率存在校际差异,合作高校的学术能力与学术水平与企业研究生工作站技术创新效率密切相关;企业研究生工作站技术创新效率的区域间差异既表明了不同区域内企业技术创新水平存在差异,也反映了区域间知识管理水平的差异;企业研究生工作站空间分布的拓展,客观上促进了区域间技术转移和知识溢出;企业研究生工作站技术创新效率存在学科专业类别之间的差异,新兴学科显示出旺盛的生命力;理工学科企业研究生工作站占主体的实际情况,表明理工学科与经济社会发展的关系更为紧密,某些相关学科企业研究生工作站技术创新效率值明显高于其他学科;人文社会学科类企业研究生工作站的建立促进了社会管理与服务水平的提升,某些相关学科专业研究生工作站具有较高的技术创新效率。研究结果及其理论分析对完善企业研究生工作站建设与管理、促进企业技术创新和提高校企站合作水平有较强的理论和现实参考价值。As an important university- industry cooperation platform,technological innovation efficiency of enterprise graduate workstation reflects the level and speed to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Super efficiency DEA model analysis shows that： technology innovation efficiency of enterprise graduate workstation exists differences among schools,while university academic ability,academic level and technology innovation efficiency are closely related; the regional difference of technology innovation efficiency of enterprise graduate workstations not only shows different innovation level in different regions of regional enterprises,but also reflects the regional differences in the level of knowledge management; the development of graduate workstation space distribution objectively promotes inter regional transfer of technology and knowledge spillover; technology innovation efficiency between discipline and specialty categories is different,and emerging disciplines show vitality; the actual situation that the polytechnic enterprises student workstations are dominant shows a closer relationship between the science and engineering and the development of economy and society; technology innovation efficiency of some enterprise graduate workstations in some related disciplines is higher than other disciplines; the establishment of the humanities and social science class promotes the levels of social management and service; the technological innovation efficiency of graduate workstation based on some related disciplines is high. The research results and theoretical analysis have a strong theoretical and practical reference value not only to the enterprise of construction and management,but also to the technical innovation of enterprises student workstation and the level of cooperation between school and enterprise station.
