中药汤剂复方内服治疗急性睾丸炎的用药规律探讨

摘　　要：急性睾丸炎的发生机制尚不明晰,中医也缺少其系统的用药规律认识。故本文将探讨其病因病机、治则治法;结合各医家经验及急性睾丸炎的临床表现,应用现代文献检索的方法对中药煎剂治疗急性睾丸炎用药规律进行探讨,追溯中医治疗急性睾丸炎的古籍记载,从中梳理临床常见的证型、治法和中药复方,从而更好地为临床医家提供参考。Acute orchitis is a common disease seen among the middle-aged man. The incidence of male patients during puberty is about 15%~35%. It is reported that about 13% of patients have impaired fertility. And in recent years,the incidence of the disease has a rising trend,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and threatens the safety of their lives. But the pathogenesis of this disease is not clear. Chinese medicine is also lack of its systematic understanding of its medication rules. Therefore,this article will discuss the cause and pathogenesis of the disease and its treatment and medication rules. Combining treatment experience and clinical manifestation of acute orchitis,modern literature search method is used to explore medication rule of compound recipe in traditional Chinese medicine decoction on acute orchitis. Records of ancient books are referred to,from which clinical common types of syndrome,the treatment and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine are found out,so as to provide reference for clinical doctors.
