病毒性心肌炎的中医辨证分型及临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察健心合剂治疗病毒性心肌炎(VM)的临床疗效;进一步优化健心合剂的组方。方法将90例患者采用随机平行对照方法分为健心合剂组和西医治疗组。健心合剂组给予西医常规治疗配合健心合剂治疗;西医治疗组给予西医常规治疗。观察治疗前后症状、体征改善情况,观察心电图、心功能、心肌酶及T细胞亚群的变化情况。结果健心合剂组与西医治疗组治疗病毒性心肌炎在急性期效果无明显优势(P>0.05),对于迁延期及慢性期的治疗健心合剂治疗组较西医治疗组效果更加明显(P<0.05)。结论健心合剂治疗病毒性心肌炎慢性期疗效确切。Objective： To study the clinical effect of Jianxin mixture on viral myocarditis（VM）,and to further optimize it through the observation of before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes.Methods： 90 patients with viral myocarditis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment combined with Jianxin mixture,while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The improvement of signs and symptoms were observed before and after treatment,as well as ECG,heart function,myocardial enzymes and T cell subsets of the changes. Results： The treatment group had no advantage over the control group in viral myocarditis in acute stage（P〈0.05）. However,it had a better effect on viral myocarditis in lag phase and chronic phase（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Jianxin mixture in the treatment of chronic viral myocarditis is exact,with obvious advantages.
