加味芍药甘草汤治疗混合痔(湿热下注证)术后并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗混合痔(湿热下注证)术后并发症的临床疗效。方法 210例患者按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组两组各105例。两组均配合肛肠科术后常规治疗,便后予荆黄熏洗液坐浴,龙珠软膏换药,治疗组术后予中药加味芍药甘草汤口服,对照组术后予痔康片口服,两组均于术后第1日开始服药,连服7 d。结果两组术后1、2、3、4、5、6、7 d时疼痛指数和肛缘水肿情况比较,治疗组均优于对照组(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组术后肛门疼痛消失时间、创面愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而两组术后肛缘水肿消失时间差别不大(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率94.29%优于对照组的84.76%(P<0.05)。结论加味芍药甘草汤治疗混合痔(湿热下注证)术后并发症的临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei shaoyao gancao decoction on the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoid of Shire xiazhu type. Methods： 210 patients diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoid of Shire xiazhu type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by1：Both groups received anorectal postoperative routine therapy,fumigation of Jinghuang Xunxi Ye and dragon ball ointment into anus. 105 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiawei shaoyao gancao decoction;105 patients in the control group were treated with piles-healthy slice. The treatment started on the first day after operation,and lasted for seven days. Results： The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in pain index and anal margin edema on,2 d,3 d,4 d,5 d,6 d,and 7 d after operation（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,as well as the time of pain disappearing,postoperative edema and wound healing（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. However,there was no significant difference between the two in the time of edema disappearing（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,which was better than that of the control group 84.76%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating mixed hemorrhoid dued to downward flow of damp-heat with Jiawei shaoyao gancao decoction has curative clinical effect.
