摘　　要：目的发现影响老年人首选就诊机构的主要因素,使卫生资源在社区医院、二级医院、三级医院之间合理配置,在方便老年人就医的基础上提高卫生资源利用率。方法采用无序多分类Logistic回归分析方法,分析影响社区老年人首选就诊机构的影响因素。结论影响老年人首选就诊机构的因素主要有5项,笔者结合这些影响因素提出了方便老年人就医和优化卫生资源配置的相关建议。Objective：To find out the main influencing factors on senior citizens medical institution preference, ensure th reasonable allocation of health resources in community hospitals, hospitals of the second class and of the third class, and improve health resources application with the priority of the convenience for senior citizen to seek medical help. Method： The authors analyzed the influencing factors on their choice with multinominal iogistic regression. Conclusion：There are 5 influencing factors. Then they make relevant suggestions on the convenience for senior citizens to seek medical help and the optimization of health resources allocation.
