摘　　要：性窒息作为一种比较罕见的性变态行为,因常被死者亲属误认为自杀或者他杀,容易引起争议。本文通过一例男性因性窒息死亡后的法医尸检案例,阐述了该类案件尸检时相关尸体解剖、显微镜下特征以及现场勘验的注意事项。Sexual asphyxia, as a kind of rare sexual perversion, was accidentally seen in the forensic test cases. It is often mistaken for suicide and homicide by the relatives of the dead, so it is contentious. In this paper,based on a forensic autopsy case of a male sexual asphyxia death, the author explained the autopsy, microscopic characteristics and cautions of on-site inspection in such autopsy cases.
