摘　　要：公路上行人的严重损伤多由交通事故造成,但意外的摔跌伤也较常见。文章通过一例意外摔跌伤的法医学分析,阐述法医学检验与侦察相结合在查明事实真相与判断案件性质上的应用。Pedestrians＇ serious injuries on roads are mostly caused by traffic accidents, but accidental falling injury is also common. Based on forensic analysis on 1 case of accidental falling injury, this paper explained the application of forensic examination combined with reconnaissance in ascertaining the truth and judging the nature of the case.
