摘　　要：作者自1986年11月至1988年11月对27例直肠膀胱—乙状结肠腹壁造口术患者进行了尿流动力学的测试,结果说明直肠膀胱用腹腔压力排尿,其容量、内压接近于正常膀胱,排尿迅速,多无残余尿,术后效果较为满意。From November 1986 to November 1988, 3 of the 27 cases of rectum bladder-abdominal sigmoidostomy had received the urinary Kinetics examination. The results revealed that the patients could expel the urine by the help of abdominal pressure and the volume and the intrinsic pressure approached that of the normal bladder, without any residual urine.
